With over seven years of hands-on experience in the property sector, PropertyFR was built on a foundation of determination, expertise, and a vision for success. Our journey began with the acquisition of a modest terrace house in Bolton for £50,000—a far cry from the dynamic property portfolios we manage today.
This initial investment, made in partnership with my portfolio business partner, was a challenging yet rewarding endeavour. Together, we invested long hours refurbishing the property, learning the intricate mechanics of the property market, and establishing the principles that would later underpin our business ethos.

By 2022, PropertyFR Ltd was born out of a desire to share our success and expertise with others. After years of friends and colleagues seeking advice on entering the property market, we realised the need for a dedicated sourcing and investment consultancy that empowers aspiring investors to create sustainable, passive income streams.

The name “PropertyFR Ltd” carries a deeply personal connection, inspired by the birth of my second son in early 2023. Combining the names of my two sons, Freddie and Riley, the name represents the core values of family, legacy, and growth that are at the heart of our business.
